Back in the day, The First Hokage created the forest around the Village Hidden in the Leaves with his bare hands, using his kekki-genkai called Mokuton. A group of people, who believe they are related to the First Hokage, created a clan called the Matsuo's. This clan was made to show thanks and glory to the First Hokage.
After many years of experimenting, this clan developed the same Kekki-genkai, the Mokuton, as the First Hokage. The Mokuton allows you to use Wood Release jutsu's.
The clan was always small, but the number of members drastically dropped. It dropped to three members. Sakura Matsuo(Not Haruno), Obana Matsuo, and the newborn Taiki Matsuo. Twelve or more years ago, the nine-tailed fox attacked. Obana Matsuo was drafted to duty against the Nine Tailed fox, and sadly, died. This left Taiki as the last remaining member of the Matsuo clan. This means it is his duty to carry on the Matsuo clan name.
Matsuo Clan Rules: The Matsuo Clan MUST be in honor of the First Hokage, Must Protect/Clean Nature, Respect Women, and most importantly: DEFEND THE LEAF VILLAGE!
Matsuo Clan Traits: The most obvious traits are brown hair, and the green eyes. Also, there is their Kekkei Genkai the Makuton.
Sakura Matsuo, the Mother. Last remaining female member of the Matsuo clan. She is currently 32 years old.
Taiki Matsuo, the SOn. Last remaining male member of the Matsuo clan. He just recently turned fourteen.
Obana Matsuo, the Father, Currently desceased. Would be 34 years old.
This old man is the starter of the Matsuo Clan. He dosen't look like someone who worships nature, but he really is a gentle man. His name is Puranto Matsuo, and would be over 100 is he was still alive.
