Hell, this isn't right.

Hissing slightly as the rain poured over the strets, whipping with the rain, Tsunade poised her hands, chakra coursing through her as she looked upward toward the Goblin. Damn it! Those ninja weren't even denting it - it was only a sure thing, the ANBU having been disoriented by the storm.

And, there was something wrong with this storm.

Forbidden jutsu, doubtless, Tsunade assumed, not knowing Suji had come to the same conclusion. Pumping chakra to her fists the Godaime seemed to rush up to the tower, working quickly; heel crashing into a remaining fragment of the roof, she hauled the broken piece up into her hands like it was nothing, throwing it unceremoniously at the troll-like creature's skull, just as Yamanaka Ino, pulling blades out from the holster beneath her kimono, fired the ninja weapons at the thing, surely panicked.

^{"Okay, I can get ya'll to the academy, everyone grab ahold of my shoulders."
Taiki waited for them to get tehir hands on his shoulder's, and he made handsigns. "Underground Projection Fish Technique."
Taiki and the two sunk into the ground and ended up re-appearing in the entrance of the academy. "This is as far as I can bring you, I can't get inside buildings."}

The rain had been splashing on him. He began to sway right and left. It was obviously some type of jutsu. Thinking it was poison he had to think fast. To counter it he smashed his palm into the ground as a small dome surrounded him. He fainted seconds after.

Was the creature fell dead...It exploded with the mysterious sleeping water...Splashing on everyone in the room. Including the Yamikage, who fell to the ground, sleeping. More and more rain fell, small tornados coming out of the blue, swooping girls up and carrying them away.

Suji narrowed his eyes at one tornado inside the Academy and passing by them, "YURI!!!" He cried, racing out into the rain...Only to fall to the ground and falling asleep, "Yu...Ri..." He murmered.

[Zabuza]

When the goblin-like creature exploded, the mysterious water had been splashed on Hayate as he started sway a bit as his eyes drooped slowly. "W..Why am I.. So tired?" Hayate asked himself as he finnally fell to the ground, fast asleep.

Gai did not get hit by the water. Seeing Hayate fall asleep along with the Yamikage he looked around for Tsunade-sama as he then looked at the panic int he strrets. "What could have done this much damage?!?" Gai asked himself. He then ran towards Tsunade-sama as he spotted the Godiame Hokage. "Tsunade-sama, who could do so much damage?" He asked the hokage.

OoC//; And then Ino got kidnapped, and Tsunade's ticked as hell. xD

IC//; Water cascading down on everyone in the room, Tsunade watched, appalled, as her ANBU collapsed, as though poisoned; she sent a wave of chakra downed, pale and shocked, feeling her heart jolt as she realized that yes - they were only sleeping.

But her eyes - they caught sight of what was happening. Little whirlwinds everywhere were striking, people falling asleep - had Tsunade been anything short of the Sannin's Kunoichi, and the God of Ninja's disciple, she probably would've yielded herself.

Instead, she glared down at the Yamikage's unconcious form, about to assess whether it was a ruse, the name he'd yelled after her striking her thoughts.

Really, Yamikage-sama?

But she had little time to thing as the kunoichi in the room below, drenched in water and finally stumbling to unconciousness, disappeared into a flash of whirlwind before her very eyes.

Holy hell.

Presently she became aware that Maito Gai, who had evidently avoided the torrent of water, was demanding incredulously of what was going on; gazing sharply towards him, she began curtly. "Forbidden jutsus; these are war-time attacks." A flash of remembrance of her younger brother, slaughtered in a raid, plauged her. "Wind Jutsu, Rain Jutsu, teleportation techniques - it's almost impossible for a ninja to know both to such a calibre of combination..." Tensing, she wiped the drugged rainwater from her face, gazing fiercely at the man. "Do you feel that? This rain is a jutsu in itself!"

Thinking of Ino, she added, "And now we know what it's being used for.

"Kidnapping. This is an attack - and a declaration. Secure Yamikage-sama if you can, Gai; I need reconnaissance."

Blaze, Suji's loyal Falcon, wasn't asleep. The rain had no effect on animals, screeched...Calling out to Tsunade circling the main street where Suji was trying to reach his beloved little sister. It called again, as if to say, 'They're in trouble!' The bird circled ahead knowing his master was in fact in trouble. And needed help

[Taiki-kun]

^{Water was dripping from Taiki's face... he then was suddenly shocked... and his eyes slowly and softly closed... he passed out onto the ground because of this 'sleeping' water.}

(I will have him awake, when the Kage leaves, and the guys acctualkly go on the mission.)

Looking sharply upwards at the shrieking, Tsunade creature glanced back at Gai from her post on the remains of the wall edges, clinging - despite the wind - surely as ever.

"That thing belonged to Hayate's kid," She informed him promptly. "I'm going out to see what I can; there's something very wrong, I've told you; I have to see what's going along with the civilians first hand, and it looks like some of the Gennin are in trouble anyway. I hope you can handle things here; keep your chakra static to prevent the rain's effects."

Awaiting an affirmation, she paused before pursuing the bird for her own observations.

Blaze wasn't the only one there...Chi, Yuri's chick, peeped worried about his master. It was pecking at Suji...Trying to wake him up. Blaze was still circling above the two Genin, concerned and hope someone will arrive.

And that's when the rain stopped.

[Zabuza]

"Affermitive.. but Tsunade-sama... Do you notice the pattern in which the genin and civillians are being taken?" Gai asked Tsunade-sama as Gai noticed that it had been only the females being abducted and being taken away, he wanted Tsunade-sama to relize this because it may be a clue and may help prevent the next kiddnapping.

((Oh, F.Y.I. Taiki is in the same area as Hayate's kid. Taiki brought them there, lol.))

“If Yamanaka Ino’s abduction is any clue,” Tsunade said bitingly, not having seen the chakra signatures taken in by the whirlwinds before that. “Then young girls, Gai? Were all of those winds taking in our girls?”

A sick feeling rose up in the pit of her stomach and the woman looked demandingly down at the Ninja. “What twisted fool would target the young women!?”

Obviously, one that knew how riled up she would get, judging by the untrained fury in her eyes. “Just kunoichi?! Or civilians as well?!”
