Team One...A complete opposite team.

Naruto was quietly sitting up against a tree, hand going up to his forehead, as if to make sure his hitae-ate didn't fly away or disappear.
"..."

I'm late! I'm late!

Oh no! Lady Tsunade isn't going to be happy if I don't get this right....

Dark heels were moved swiftly along the dirt path, throwing up puffs of dust as they went. Small hooves beloning to a pink animal followed behind the female's steps. Though it seemed difficult for the small clothed pig to keep pace with the Jounin.
Out of distress the pig let out a high-pitched squeal.

Shizune turned around her mouth a gape, panting heavily.
"I'm sorry, Tonton!"
The black-haired female carefully picked up the pig, whom wasn't actually hers, actually belonged to one the ledgendary Sannin, Tsunade. She carried on running down the path, which lead to the Training Field, her black white-trimmed robes flaying behind her.

Today had not been the best day, Shizune had gotten up early just to prepare for the meeting with her Team, but Tsunade had sent her on a short errand just before. After she finished her mind wandered, and she completely forgot about what her main objective of today was. Though it couldn't be completely her fault, this was her first day as a Jounin leader to a three-man team of Genins, and not to mention she was quite nervous about it.

I don't even know where to start....
What would Lady Tsunade do?
Actually, that might not be the best idea.

Her feet began to slow as she approuched the training field. Attempted to catch her breath, Shizune's coal black eyes took a long glace around.

Oh..I hope I'm not too late...

She spotted an orange-clad boy and a female not to far away, the blacknette sighed a heavy sigh of relief. At least one thing went her way today, now the problem was where to start? And what would these Genin be like?

The blazing sun set high in the sky, signalling in a mid-day time, which meant they still had lots of time. Good.
Tonton, whom seemed to sense Shizune's nervous vibes let out another high-pitched squeal.

Oh, this was going to be a long afternoon.

Naruto had cast some interest to his dry hands, sighing. Bored.
-This lady is late...But, it isn't right to leave. I've been waiting for this day for a very long time...!-

He looked up from his hands, noticing a figure. Naruto felt his spirit lift up high once again. This must have been Shizune-sensei...! But, Naruto noticed that the woman seemed to be slightly worn out...With a pig.

-Wierd...-

But, Naruto pushed himself off against the tree, rushing to Shizune. Finally...Finally...SHE WAS HERE!

"Oi You must be Shizune-sensei...!" he called, approaching his teacher. "We've been waiting a long time...But...One of us left..."

Naruto came to a stop, right in frotn of Shizune, grinning.

[Ori]

Yeah, it was a good thing that people were still here, but only two? Wasn't there suppose to be three Genins waiting for her?

Ugh...I did mess up. One must've left because I was taking too long.

Shizune hung her head slightly, she didn't mean to take so long. Well she couldn't feel bad now, she still had two members to get to know. She'd just have to catch up with the other one later.
Probably have Tonton pick out and follow her scent.

Kneeling down a placed the pig on the grass, Shizune pushed a lock of black hair behind her ear before she heard a voice call to her. She angled her head upwards to see the blonde-haired boy walking towards her.

Well he doesn't seem...too bad.

"Yes, that's me..."
Shizune replied quietly, while Tonton sniffed around Naruto's feet.
"Oh! I'm sorry for making you wait so long..."
Shizune's head hung a little bit, thinking of how Tsunade-sama would've scold her for this.

The female attempted to shake off that failed feeling and thought, before bringing her chin back up to connect her dark eyes with Naruto's blue ones.

"You must be...Naruto right?"
Shizune only hoped that she remember the names right.

[dagora]

Naruto nodded, usual cheesy grin on his face.

"YEP! That's me! Uzumaki Naruto!" he said, his tone becoming loud like it was before. "It's great that you showed up, sensei, I was nearly about to leave, but, I started arguing with myself. What is more important, my stomach or being a ninja...?"

The boy's voice trailed off, as he begun talking to himself. It took him a moment, with a blink of his bright blue eyes, to come back to what was happening.

"But, yeah. I'm Naruto." he said, quickly. "So, you are gonna be able to train me and the others, right?! I'm gonna become Hokage someday, so, I'll need help..."

Once more, Naruto's voice trailed off as he looked down at Tonton.

"You brought a pig with you...? Is that part of the training, sensei?"

[Dazar]

So she had decided to arrive, did she? Humph, and she looked like a sissy herself. Her eyes narrowed as she leapt from her tree bough, landing with a soft thud." Decided to show up? About time." Tayuya cast her opinion harshly as she walked up closer, eying her sensei and the pig. A pig...of all things.

"So you must be the sensei. Mind /explaining/ why your late, Shizune-sensei?" she asked, tone not any softer then she let it. "Leaving me alone with these two baffoons. Someone could have been killed. And trust me, it wouldn't have been me." she scolded.

Naruto grinded his teeth together, turning to his teammate.

"I'm sure Shizune-sensei had plenty of reasons to being late!" he bellowed. "Leave her alone...She didn't mean to do it on purpose. And, I am not a baffoon!"

He folded his arms over his chest, appearing angry. Trust a girl like that to ruin all the fun. Jesus, she needed a life...Something. She obviously didn't belong here and Naruto didn't want her.

[Dazar]

Tayuya ignored Naruto." Shut up you prat." she said. "I didn't ask you, I asked /her/. Get over yourself, dumbass." she said, eyes narrowed in reflective anger. This kid was SO not worth it. She turned then back to her sensei and raised a brow." What? Now you can't talk, huh?"

[mizutsuki]

"I fell asleep but I came when I heard the commotion! It's nice to meet you Shizune-sensei!" Mizu said running towards them. "Awwww! What I cute pig!" She said letting out a squeal of glee.

[mizutsuki]

( ACK! *a cute pig. )

[Ori]

"Nice to meet you Naruto."

All is going well, so far. But there was always a calm before the storm, if you could call this a calm period in the first place.

"Uh..Yeah. That's what I'm here for, to teach you the ways of a Ninja."

If I can....

Shizune could only be indescive about her own feelings, her confidence levels weren't exactly sky-rocketting. Hokage? This boy had that sort of dreams....? How nostalgic.

"Oh, Tonton? He's more then just a pig."
Shizune waggled her index finger as if she was holding a secret about the pink pig.

The female Jounin cast a surprised eye towards Tayuya's direction, taken back by her harsh tone, Shizune decided this might've been the storm after the calm.
"Well I was...."

Shizune started to explain why she was late, but trailed off as Naruto went to defend his Sensei. Only to narrow her eyebrows in frustration as Tayuya replied back.
This team would not be all smiles and teamwork.
Oh boy.

"Now..! There is no need for that vulgar language, especially towards a fellow teammate. And...It doesn't matter why I was late, it just matters that I'm here now. Right? Good."

There we go, at least she knew how to take charge, well a little bit.
She pinched two fingers across the bridge of her nose, attempting to convince herself that everything was alright and to not lose her cool.

Okay the last one...

"And you're....Mizu?"
Shizune noted to the girl complimenting Tonton, the pig whom just let out a little squee and canted his head in her direction.
"And this one is.....Tayuya?"
The black-haired female went back to take a quick glance at the red-head.
Either today was just a bad day for Tayuya, or she was always like this.

Shizune prayed it wasn't the latter.

Naruto frowned, closing his eyes.

"She's still gonna pick on us when you aren't looking." he mumbled. "And I dunno why she is here when she wants to be! All she is doing is runing things, and she says I won't become the Hokage!"

Naruto opened his blue eyes, trying to vent out the negativity.

"Alright...It's okay that she is late. Better late then never, even though I'm starving." Naruto said, more to himself.

He looked back up at Shizune, then questioning, "So, is he your pet or something...? And, why would he be wearing a silly necklace if he is a guy pig?"

[Dazar]

Tayuya shot a smirk to Shizune. So she at least she could argue. " Teammate? Who says he's my team mate. He's a dog for all I care. Stupid and clumsy." she said with a narrowed look.

Even her sensei didn't know how to answer for herself. What a loser. Tayuya turned, returning to the tree she had leaned against before. she closed her eyes and just listened, though she would rather ignore them all.

[mizutsuki]

Mizu rolled her eyes. She wanted Tayuya to shut up, or else she would go crazy. The brunette hoped that the red-head would get crushed by Tonton, or something. Then they could get a better teammate.

[Ori]

Not only was the training itself going to be a challenge, but just getting through the day without insulting eachother would be an arduious task to accomplish for Team One, especially with Tayuya, the girl who's main tongue was a venomous insult. With that type of attitude towards life and towards her teammate, she must've had no true goal of becoming an all-around good ninja.
What was the point of teaching someone who didn't want to be taught?

Oh, what am I going to do....?

"Oh, Ton-ton isn't my pet pig. He's Lady Tsunade's, she's one of the Sannin you know."
Shizune said in a proud manner, though wondered if any of her Genin students knew of the Legendary Sannin.

An irratated glace shot forth from Shizune's dark eyes in Tayuya's direction after she made another one of her insults.
"Like it or not, Naruto here is your teammate. He is on the same team as you, therefore he is your teammate."

She ended her statement with a heavy sigh, it was probably a useless cause, futile.

"Hmm...how about we go get something to eat then?"
Shizune offered with a wink.
"I mean we can't train properly on empty stomachs. And it's my fault on why you guys waited so long, so...It's my treat."

Ton-Ton let out a happy squeal as if agreeing to Shizune's proposition.
