Perhaps there was a reason that ‘dear ol’ dad’ decided to send his children to Konoha. Maybe it was a plot, a scheme to take over the Leaf Village. Of course, they didn’t tell him anything. Why should they? The Kazekage didn’t need to speak with a weapon. Just nudge it in the right direction and it will know what to do; kill, destroy, invade. Of course, the red-head wasn’t your average weapon of mass destruction. He was much more; a person. A shinobi.
But these thoughts still filled his mind, for he did not quite understand his reason in life. A weapon, yes. A being to merely be handled with care. Was that really all to him? Was that really the depth of his purpose in life; to be a weapon? Was this why he needed to kill to convince himself he was alive?
Stationed just outside of Konoha’s Training Grounds was the mysterious sand user himself. Sabaku no Gaara. His genin team; Hinata, Kiba and Anko were soon to arrive, he was sure. Their sensei should be meeting them here, any minutes now. Of course, there was a chance he wouldn’t be noticed, perched high in a tree, quiet silently and non-stirring. Merely kneeling within its branches provided suitable cover-up, seeing as he’d rather not be bothered anyhow.
The mind was beginning to drift again, thinking of the times ahead. Wondering solemnly to himself if he really should have shown up at all.
{Oh wow, boring post. xD}

He had woken up early...Earlier than usual. Just for this day. The twelve-year-old was finally a ninja, which he had quietly reminded himself as he pulled his hood over his head, slightly hiding the hitai-ate the boy wore on his head. Inuzuka Kiba left the house early as well, a little white dog residing in his jacket, who was whimpering lightly.
"Ready, Akamaru...?" Kiba asked, snorting quietly as he made his way to the training grounds. He had gotten a soft bark as a reply. "Good."
The boy's mind was stuck on what had happened not too long ago...The picking of the team members. He was very relaxed to find out that Huuyga Hinata was on his team, but, what about that strange boy, whom lacked in eyebrows...? Kiba knew there had to be a catch...How could he possibly get in a group that was composed of normal people? Hinata, was of course, normal in his eyes, but, Kiba wasn't sure of Gaara.
He quietly went on, feeling a bit weird. A Genin was what he was now...Not an academy student. His life would offically start today. And, could Gaara truly be awful? Would it make any difference if Uzumaki Naruto ended up on Team Five? This thought had Kiba shudder.
-He will hopefully be less of a pain than Naruto, but...Who knows?- Kiba thought, trying to pay attention to where he was heading.
Akamaru quietly barked, Kiba sighing. "Everything is gonna be alright..."
Once Kiba arrived to the training grounds, he came to a stop, looking around, -Anyone here yet...?-
( That sucked. x.x )

Hyuuga Hinata was nervous. Why shouldn’t she be? Today wasn’t going to be like any other day of her life so far and truth be told, it was in her nature to worry about this kind of situation. The situation being that today would be the first day that she would meet her team mates and sensei for the first time, and see how everyone would interact. Hopefully, everything would go along without too many problems along the way. Although, perhaps that would just be wishful thinking, although Hinata wouldn’t know until she actually arrived at the training grounds where her Team were supposed to be meeting.
Checking again to see if her hitai-ate had a secure knot in it that would stop it from falling from her neck, Hinata zipped up the beige jacket she commonly wore just so that you could see the Konoha symbol from the hitai-ate, before going to leave the house. It was almost a dream…another reality if she wanted to be honest with herself. She had never expected to find herself graduating from the academy, and becoming a Genin at last. However, this was the real world, wasn’t it? She was living in these times. She even had a small bruise starting to form from where she had pinched herself on her right arm earlier, to make sure that this wasn’t just a dream. No matter what the other members of the family said, Hinata was not a failure, and she kept playing those thoughts through her head as she left. Calling out a, ”I’m l-leaving now,” to a Branch member, she took off.
Walking at a brisk place, a smile played on the Hyuuga’s lips. For some reason, it felt as though today was going to be a good day, although at the best of times, Hinata did try and look at life as an optimist, rather than being a pessimistic and gloomy. ’I wonder if Anko-san is nice…’ the dark haired girl thought to herself, as her eyes began to settle on the area where the team was supposed to meet. Seeing Kiba, the smile from earlier which had begun to fade reappeared. “O-Ohayo Kiba-kun,” she greeted as she nervously wrung her hands together. Although she may have had some doubts a little on her team, she was happy enough that there was at least one friendly face there.
{Ick. Mine's really bad. DX}

Two had arrived...no wait, three. She barely had seen the red-haired boy perched in the tree as she watched from a distance. Well, it looked as if finally her whole team had arrived. She smiled to herself, thinking of a way to enter. She was a dramatic person. And she would test these three with a simple context.
"Alright you maggots! Get to your feet, stand straight, shoulders squared and I want a fine salute!" she commanded abruptly as she arrived in a plume of smoke. She waited to see the reaction she got, but was too impatiant and just smiled." Alright maggots, I'm Anko Mitarashi, your new sensei. I expect each of you to give me your best and to listen to what I have to say." she said with a curt nod before she placed both hands on her hips.
Her metal mesh shirt shown just above her chest and adorned her torso, before a tan overcoat was tossed on. Her violet hair was in a pony-tail that splayed out in awkward angles. She usually was a proctor for the Chuunin exams, but when the Hokage had asked her to volunteer as a sensei, she coudn't help but be overjoyed at the thought.
Now she stood, watching her team with eager anticipation. Would these three really work well together? Could she help them further themselves throughout their shinobi career? She had so many questions that buzzed about her head but she tossed them aside. It was to early to answer any of them, so she would just have to wait.
Ooc/ Nyeh...lame intro...-sob-

A look of what would be best described as ‘surprise’ inched it’s way onto Hinata’s face at the sudden arrival of the older woman. Her fingers were pressing together in that habit that she seemed to always possess at the best of times. With Anko’s first ‘command’, Hinata had looked over at her team mates to see how they would react, unsure if she should actually follow those orders or not. As her pale eyes drifted towards the ground a little, the Hyuuga’s head jerked up again when the second strain of words came from Anko.
Almost flinching at the word, ‘maggot’, Hinata soon found it safe to assume that it was just a part of Anko’s dialect, although that was based on first impressions of her. She nodded a little at what was being said, as she chewed on her bottom lip as her mind ran over what was being said. Based on first impressions, Hinata found Anko to be a little harsh, although that was probably was expected if the team wanted to improve. Right?

Anko's eyes could only drift to Hinata. Her shy impression was saddening and Anko had to smile." Cheer up, Kid. Things'll get brighter tomorrow!" An optimist? Some would say yes, but she had a gloomy side to things. Either way she had already felt slightly regrettful of her entrance. She lightened up. "Alright Kids, today let's start with getting to know eachother." she had stolen that from Kakashi. Also, it was just a common thing to do. She looked around." Who wants to go first?" she asked.

Upon seeing Hinata, a natural smile came to Kiba's face, noting Hinata's smile.
"Neverous, Hinata-san...?" Kiba questioned her. "You shouldn't be. Everything will be alright. I promise you---"
He cut himself off, from being slightly surprised entrance the older woman had made. Akamaru hid, shuddering.
"Hey-Hey...Akamaru, what is wrong with you...?" Kiba quietly questioned, frowning slightly. He then looked at Hinata, noticing her expression.
"Hey, 'sensei', what were you thinking?!" Kiba asked, loudly. "Trying to terrify everyone? You scared the hell out of Hinata..."
His voiced trailed off, Akamaru now a bit calmer after the moment had passed. Now, Kiba was curious, where was that strange kid, Gaara...? He looked around, his eyes landing on a tree in which the boy was concealed in.
-Anti-social or somethin'...?- Kiba questioned, he then turned back to Anko, a bit ticked. -And is this woman trying to scare us to death?-

Anko could tell she would have problem with these two, at least. She would scare Hinata to death, and Kiba would follow from grief. She sighed and rubbed the back of her neck. "Yes, my point is to kill you so I can ge ton with my life." she said, voice drowning with sarcasm. She raised a brow then and dropped her hand." Hey Kid.." she said, pointing to Kiba." Why don't you go first, since you spoke first." she said. Ha, payback time? No, just wanted to get it over with and they didn't seem to want to volunteer.

Kiba growled, and then said, perfectly loudly, "Stop trying to be smart...! You just scared us is all. You gotten Akamaru a bit upset and you scared a good amount of life out of Hinata-san!"
He sighed, closing his eyes for a minute, as if trying to think. "Alright, fine...I'll go first. What do you want me to say, sensei?" he then mumbled in question. "I won't know what to say unless you help me. Isn't that your job, Mitarashi-sensei?"

Anko's eyes narrowed." I don't think we're going to get along if you can't take my training methods. If you can't stake my introduction surprise, I can't imagine you being ambushed. I'd think you to faint." she scathed and let her eyes return to normal and sighed." Tell me your name, first of all. Is there a goal you are trying to reach? What rank you you plan on going to...Er...anything else you would want to add." she said with a shrug.

Kiba narrowed his eyes, and Akamaru scrambled under his hood, by crawling around Kiba's torso and up his back. "What gives---?!"
He then sighed, Akamaru resting on his head, and Kiba turned his attention back to his sensei. "My name is Inuzuka Kiba..." he stated, quietly. "And that is all we need to know."
His dog friend barked lightly.
"Oh...And this is Akamaru."

Anko snorted." All I want to know, Kid." she rolled her eyes and then pointed at Hinata, gaze softening somewhat, knowing she must be the shy, sensitive type. "And what about you, Hinata?" she had caught the name from Kiba as he had spoken earlier.

Kiba narrowed his eyes, "If you already know our names, we don't need to tell you anything, now, do we...?"

Anko looked at Kiba. This kid sure was getting on her last nerve. "Look, Kid, stop acting like you are all that. You aren't. You're still just a genin. The drama hasn't even started yet." she said with a snort as she looked back at Hinata.

Akamaru barked quietly and Kiba folded his arms over his chest. "Why do you need to be so nosy? I mean, we are here to train, aren't we...?" he asked. "I just want to learn something, then I will be out of your way."
