I've actually never read a crossover sort of roleplay/fanfiction before. It'd be hard to comprehend if you wanted something serioius, though possibly good for a laugh if written well.
In the Bleach English Dub, Uryuu is done by Derek Stephen Prince, the same person whom did Shino's voice in later episodes.

I've done crossovers before.
Final Fantasy/ Naruto was a riot!!
The Seiyuu actor for Kimimaro is the same person who plays Sephiroth from Advent Childern. Not to mention they look VERY simular. Eye color, silver hair, and expose chest. XD
