Plot
Alright, starting off simple. In the Beginning. This plot takes after graduating from the Ninja Academy, and being assembled into teams. Though they aren't put into the Teams that they were put into originally. Therefore, your made-up could be place anywhere with anyone, so yes this needs all made-ups to start off as Genins.
After being placed into Teams, this groups will meet their specific Sensei, or otherwise known as their teacher. Missions, Training and whatnot with pursure much soon after.
Of course there are many places where other characters can come and talk with others, allowing drama of the sort to happen, adding random mini-plots.
Chuunin Exams will slowly follow, progessing with serious training and the works.
As you see, this plot leaves a lot for you to tinker with. Have fun! Train! Make sure to listen to your Sensei! Make friends!
'Cause you know, the Ninja keeps his friends close, but enemies closer.

.....All the while the Akatsuki is biding their time, scheming, ever planning evil plots. Detirmining the best way to retrieve all the Bijuus to conquer the World.
And all the while, Sound Ninjas are along side the teams in Konoha, under disguise, collecting information as they go for their malicious leader.
