Appearance
Haru wears a white outfit with black a black sash on his waist. This also includes a white hood and a black mask for his mouth and nose if he chooses. He has multiple pouches on his chest and legs. Haru has long brown spiked up hair. An odd feature of Haru is his different colored eyes. Haru's left eye is a greenish hazel while his right eye is deep blue. This could have something to do with his 'real' family. He is slightly pale. He has multiple scars on his left cheek and eye brow. He is 5'2'' with a good build. Haru's face is slightly girlish. He is commonly criticized for this. His hitai-ate hit wrapped tightly around his forearm.
Personality
Haru is a wild person. He is always flirting with the female ninja. He often tries different ways to get girls. He is a very cocky person. He would never show up an opportunity to show off infront of everyone. He even calls himself " The Sexy Dragon of Konoha. " Despite his effort most girls think he's a jerk and a pervert. He secretly has anger issues. They seem to show when he is fighting/training. He often flips out when he makes the tiniest mistakes. He tries hard on most of the things he does.
He often is fustrated with people who do better than him. Haru usually ends up challenging them to prove he is better. Haru smiles and laughs alot. This makes him an overall happy person. He often pays a stream in the forest a visit. Whenever he is there he becomes a complex person. He thinks about all that goes on. He often plans out his life in this place. Thinking of the future and becoming an excellent nin. Or if he dies.
History
Haru was abandoned when he was an infant. A missing-nin from Iwagakure found him. The missing-nin took him into his 'home' and took care of him. When he turned six his 'father' began training him. This training included hunting, sprinting daily, sparring, chakra control, boulder lifting, and surprise attacks. Haru routinely hunted for food daily as a little boy. He had many encounters with ferocious beasts in the forest. These various encounters are where he got the scars on his face from.
Haru was now ten. But, the Stone-nin soon found them after his birthday. They hired mercenaries to do their dirty work. One night after the father fell asleep they creeped into their 'home' and assassinated the missing-nin. Haru was out hunting a deer for his father. A gift for all he had done. Haru came back just as they killed him. He looked at them in shock as the dirty mercenaries turned and laughed at him. He fell to his knees and looked at the floor in what looked like he gave up. They walked over to him. He looked up at them as tears streamed down his face. " Let's put this poor boy out of his misery. " One of them said with an evil grin. He walked over to the crying boy and lifted up his foot to stomp him. Haru quickly grabbed his foot and with transfered his anger and sadness into strength. He whipped the man into the wall as he flew up at the other one. He thrusted a kunai into his throat and kicked off him. The other mercenary stood up and began running at Haru. He appeared behind him dangling and kunai around his finger. He threw it at his back as hard as he could. The kunai pierced deep into his lower back. The mercenary fell on his face. Cold and dead.
The young boy traveled to the ninja village of Konohagakure. He soon enrolled in the academy there. Haru also discovered girls. He had never seen one before. They intrigued him very much. Haru began to be attracted to them. This lighted the fire that is Haru's obsession with girls. After two years he is now graduating from the academy.

Kawarimi no Jutsu- Kawarimi no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. When in danger the ninja will quickly substitute themself with another nearby object. This can be a block of wood or even another person. This allows the ninja to quickly flee and hide while the original object takes the brunt of their opponents attack.
Nawanuke no Jutsu- Nawanuke no Jutsu is a very basic Ninjutsu technique that allows a ninja to escape from rope binds.
Bunshin no Jutsu- Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. The Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja without substance. The copy resembles the ninja in every way. This clone can function as a distraction or as means to confuse one's opponent. As soon the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent, it will disperse.
Henge no Jutsu- Henge no Jutsu is a ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. Henge allows the ninja to tranform themself into any person or object. This allows the ninja to move with stealth or to trick their opponents.
Shunsin no Jutsu- Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. The ninja will appear and disappear in an instant, allowing them to retreat or attack suddenly. To facilitate the movement the ninja will often use nearby elements such as mist, sand or leaves to mask their appearance or disappearance.
Konasuru no Jutsu: Literally meaning powder control technique Haru can utilize his chakra to control the powder he carries with himself.

Today was the day. Today was the day that the boy would finally be a ninja. The boys ultimate dream would be in his grasp. He often thought of this in his bed at night. To be an awesome ninja. To stealthly assassinate evil corrupt men. To fight evil powers. To protect the innocent and the weak. He also thought of the cons of a ninja. He would have to complete the mission at any cost. Including his fellow ninja. He would have to kill people who could be innocent. He would have to kill. Kill. What a brutal thing. To forcibly end someones life. If he was any other profession he would be sent to jail for murder. But, he was a ninja.
The ninja's alarm clock began to go off. He rubs his eyes and pushed himself gently off his bed. -Yes! This is the day! They shall all remember it! The day his ninja days began!- He thrusted a clenched fist infront of himself. He was determined. He quickly went into the bathroom and washed off his face. He didn't want the girls to think of him as a slob. After 'sprucing' up he slipped into his ninja outfit and ran out of the door. He leaped from the second floor and onto the street. He was truly excited.
The boy leapt from building to building. Yelling and smiling all the way. He looked down at the people on the street. He waved and smiled at them. They would all know his name. They would wave at him and smile instead of the opposite. The children would yell his name. Or so he thought. This day started it all. The day that Haru became a ninja.
