Just to clarify, will time affect this forum? For example, will years pass and characters grow older?

Do you mean like the original series, the characters getting older, learning new jutsu and such? A possible time skip?

Yes. That is something I am postive Ori-dono and Ari-dono have planned. Everyone will learn what they leanred in the original series with Uchiha Sasuke learning Chidori and so on.
