Appearance: Mizu wears an aquamarine shirt that has long fishnet sleeves, a short sleeved silver jacket, a knee length silver skirt that has a pair of blue leggings under it. a silver charm bracelet given to her by her aunt and sandaru. Mizu can be described as pretty in some ways. She is well built and has a somewhat pale complexion. Mizu wears her hitai-ate around her neck and also wears a necklace with a moonstone on it.

History:Mizu's father Tsuki Gin , died when she was 3 years old leaving her mother Tsuki Awa and Mizu's great aunt Tsuki Tokoyo to raise Mizu and her older brother Tsuki Kaji . Tokoyo taught Mizu everything she knew and caused Mizu to admire Tokoyo greatly, even though Mizu barely knew anything about Tokoyo's past. One day, July 23 to be exact, the day after Mizu's 6th birthday Tokoyo went on a mission, never to return. Her body was found a few miles away from Konoha which caused her body to be brought back to Konoha. Everyone seemed to know who killed her, except for Mizu who was told only that Tokoyo had died.
This news devestated Mizu and made her extremely emotional. At the age of 8 she heard that the person who had been with Tokoyo on her last mission was an Uchiha who knew nothing of Tokoyo's death. This caused her to have an instant dislike for the Uchiha clan. To this day Mizu is still trying to find out who killed Tokoyo and plans to avenge her.

Battle Information
Weapons: A katana and the usual ninja weapons.
Known Jutsus: Mizu Hebi no Jutsu:Creates a normal sized snake made out of water. If hit it will continue on moving. It moves like any other snake but can go through cracks and small openings.
Mizu Hebi: Gekkou no Jutsu: The snake made out of water wraps around her katana and then fires a moonbeam at the foe hence the name.
Tsuki Awa no Jutsu : Creates silver, solid and sticky foam around the feet of the foe or foes. This causes them not to be able to move and sometimes sink into the foam.
Babaru no Jutsu : Creates numerous bubbles usually blue, the bubbles if touched by some one besides the one who performed the ninjutsu gets hit with a beam of chakra. They also launch beams of chakra when the person who performed the ninjutsu makes a certain a hand seal. The amount of chakra used depends on how many
bubbles there are and the bubbles' sizes.
Gesshoku Sekisho no Jutsu : Creates a barrier made out of moonlight. The people inside can perform ninjutsu with out harming the barrier and being able to harm the foe if the ninjutsu makes contact with the foe. Mizu doesn't use this ninjutsu very often.
Gin Nami no Jutsu : Creates a silver wave of water which moves towards the foe.
Gesshoku Orochi no Jutsu : During the day when this ninjutsu is used it summons a large silver female snake callled Shinjukai. When used at night Shinjukai is made out of moonlight. The Shinjukai able to shoot moonbeams from her mouth and can hide in the moonlight at night. If used on water the Shinjukai can cause large waves by moving her body.
Tsukinowa no Jutsu: This ninjutsu uses moonlight or water to create a ring around Mizu to block attacks
And all academy ninjutsus.
Example: "War is a killing business. You have to spill the blood of your enemies or else they'll spill you blood. You have to stab them in the gut just to survive. If you think that by being sweet and innocent you'll survive the war you're far from the truth." Mika said firmly. Nobody spoke. They were in awe of Mika's speech.
