Appearance: Her hair is long, and pastel pink. However, she wears a black top with lace sleeves, and a black skirt with lace. There are shorts underneath the skirt, so don't get any ideas!(She'd kick your ass, anyway.) Shorts not shown in pic. Her sandals are normal, and she wears a Leaf headband. Her eyes are a very dark blue. Pockets in the skirt hold her kunai, scrolls, and other various ninja items. She is not drop dead gorgeous, nor is she utterly ugly. All around, except for her hair, she seems to be the average ninja in terms of appearances.
Personality: Romi is a spitfire, loving to battle as much as possible. She hates it when people underestimate her, or tell her she would be better off as a medical-nin. She wants everyone to know that a female can be as good as any guy when fighting, and thinks that she can prove that by beating guys in everything: speed, agility, fighting, sports, ectera, ectera. She sticks up for herself in arguments, and always talks back to her elders. Sometimes, however, in her rage she doesn't think clearly and that can get her in a lot of trouble, wether it was her words or her actions. She isn't quick to forgive, or be forgiven. She would rather stay silent and take the consequences then give an apology, especially to a boy. While she can seem spiteful and rude, deep down, she just wants to be respected.
History: Romi was found in a basket just outside the Leaf gates with a note that read that her original parents couldn't take care of her any more. She was adopted by a couple who couldn't have kids normally. However, she frequently heard her father wishing for a son, and wanted to prove that she could be good too, signing up in the Ninja Academy, and getting Bs in every class. However, her father continued to be displeased and finally announced to her face that no girl could be a true ninja, and that she should stick to being a medical-nin.
With that, she left, getting her own apartment closer to the Academy, and finished the classes with all As. She now waits to be assigned a sensei and start her missions.
Other: Nobody is quite sure how Romi got her strange hair color. It's unreal, but then again, nothing quite is real in the Naruto world. Romi also has quite the dirty mouth.

Known Jutsus: Bikô Ninjutsu (Shadowing Stealth Skill) - Bikô Ninjutsu is the technique ninjas use to follow their targets covertly. The manner in which the ninja shadows their target can differ, from the basic hiding under a nearby object, to using a jutsu to turn oneself invisible.
Bunshin no Jutsu (Clone Technique) - The Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja without substance. The copy resembles the ninja in every way. This clone can function as a distraction or as means to confuse one's opponent. As soon the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent, it will disperse.
Henge no Jutsu (Transformation Technique) - Henge allows the ninja to tranform themself into any person or object. This allows the ninja to move with stealth or to trick their opponents.
Kawarimi no Jutsu (Change of Stance Technique) - This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even another person within reach, leaving the opponent open to a counter-attack. Explosive tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise. Fundamentally, all ninja know this technique.
Shunshin no Jutsu (Body Flicker) - This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily boost the user's reflexes. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance between the user and their intended destination.
Kakuremino no Jutsu (Cloak of Invisibility) - This jutsu allows a ninja to take a cloak or a piece of cloth and blend into an object, making them invisible.
Nawanuke no Jutsu (Rope Escape Technique) - Allows a ninja to escape if they have been bound.
Jibaku Fuda: Kassei (Explosive Tag: Activate) - Utilizing chakra, the user is able to activate the explosion mechanism of a distant bomb tag.
Tôbidogu (Projectile Weapons) - Larger amounts of weapons can be sealed within scrolls for easier transport. The weapons can be summoned via a small blood sacrifice.
Suimen Hokô no Waza (Act of Water Surface Walking) - A variation on the Kinobori no Waza (Act of Tree Climbing), the art of water surface walking allows a ninja to walk on water as if it was a solid surface. Focusing an even amount of chakra out of the soles of their feet, they can balance themselves on the very surface of the water.

Fujin Long Kikku*(Female Dragon Kick)- Romi kicks her opponent into the air, and at the top of their arc, focuses chakra into her feet to jump into the air next to her opponent, where she kicks them higher repeated times/juggles them in the air(wether the opponent flies higher or not depends on their weight, or how forcefully Romi can kick them) until the opponent is suffciently weakened, at which point Romi kicks them back into the ground.
Seikou Bakuha*(Delicate Blast)- Romi punches her opponent with enough force to send them flying, then uses the Body Flicker technique to punch them again quickly after the first one. To onlookers, it looks like the opponent has been hit by an aftershock of the first punch.

Main fighting style: Running in close and trying to punch the opponent into submission before they can react. Romi uses mostly taijutsu, a little bit of ninjutsu, and hardly any genjutsu.

The boy laughed. "Yeah, right. You're a girl. How are you going to beat me?"
That was the wrong thing to say. Romi's eyes flashed with anger. She launched forward, smashing her fist into the boy's face. His nose crumpled as it broke. He cried out in pain, blood spurting everywhere. Romi grinned, doing a backflip away from the boy, landing delicately on the ground, her sandals thunking as she landed, hair flying wildly.
"That's why I'm the pink flame of Konoha, fucktard!" Romi said, proudly, brushing some blood off her sleeves as the boy took off, holding his nose, sobbing. "Go tell your friends!"
Pausing in the silence, Romi made her way out of the alley between the buildings, making her way around the corner. Best to hide herself now. Lord Hokage was probably going to be pissed at her... again. Her eyes turned to the sky, pondering, wondering. What punishment would she get this time?
She bumped into someone, and gave a small cry of surprise. "Hey!"
She paused, seeing the boy she had punched standing behind a much bigger, more masculine boy. She gave a small gasp, sizing up the whale of a creature.
"Did you hurt my brother?"
Romi paused. "He said I was flat." Romi said. Such a lie.
"You hurt him. Now I hurt you." the boy said, and cracked his knuckles.
"Now, I'm sure we can talk about this like responsible people."
That, apparently, wasn't going to happen. Romi stood up, crouching into a battle position. She was going to dish out one more beating today.
