Team 12 unites, Hayate's call!

[Zabuza]

The rushing water of the small river softly echoed through the lus grassland surronding the river which was dotted with trees. Sitting ontop a large rock that laied still in the middle of the rushing water sat a jounin as it looked like as he he let out a small cough as the wind blew softly as it rustled the jounin's jounin jacket. His brown messy hair poked out a bit from nder his bandana type headband as his eyes gazed at the water below him and the rock on which he sat atop. Fixing the sword that resed on his back the young 23 year old jounin gathered some of the water in a small canteen and drank from it. He looked at the sun to determine the time. "I wonder where they could be?" He asked himself as he let out a small cough. He was waiting for his team, he was just assigned to Team 12 to be their sensei and so like many of the other jounin he called for them v.i.a mail-scrolls a week earlier telling them when and where to meet. He was the jounin. Hayate Gekko of team 12. He sent his call, now he waited.

"Oy!!! Is anyone here?" Called a young boy. He wore black boots, black pants, a net top, and a sleeveless tank top. Upon his shoulder was a Falcon with a bracelet around it's neck. The young boy was named Suji Genkkou...The Animal Trainer of the Leaf. He may look cold...But he's very sweet and kind. The Falcon was named Blaze. He was found by Suji as a chick. It was abandoned on the Hokage's face mountain...But Suji found him and raised him and the two are inseperatable...He is also very useful in missions as well.

[Zabuza]

Hearing the call, Hayate stood up still on the rock in the middle of the rushing water as he called out. "Over here, if you are on Team 12." Hayate then stood there and awaited for the owner of the male's voice to approach the river where the team was suppose to meet.

[terrx]

Suji nodded, walking over to this odd Jounin, "Genkkou Suji! I'm apart of your team...Team 12!" He said, saluting, "This is Blaze...I never leave anywhere without him perching on my shoulder. He's very loyal and is pretty useful in missions." He said pointing to the Falcon. It flapped it's wings a couple of times before settling down on Suji's shoulder. The eyes of the Falcon showed it's loyalty to Suji.

[Zabuza]

"Suji.. Ok, nice to meet you, I will be your Jounin Sensei from now on, I am Hayate Gekko." Hayate said as he nodded as to tell him he did not need to salute.Hayate stood there then finnally said "We are currently waiting for 2 other genin. So make your self at home. After we get familiar with each other... I will go to Lord Hokae and the council and get us a mission that we will complete." Hayate answered everything needed to know. Hayate watched the boy and the falcon to see if he had any questions still.

[terrx]

"Very well, Hayate-sama." Suji said, sitting under a tree, "I have one more question...Do you need a cough drop?" He asked, "I mean...You look really sick." He said, blinking. He let Blaze fly around for a bit. The Falcon flew around before catching a mouse and landing on a cliff to eat it. Blaze needed food as well.

[Zabuza]

"No thank you." Hayate said and sighed he knew he looked ill, he had for a while now. But despite this he was still tough enough to do his duty. He coughed again before sitting down and said "Don't worry about how I look, I am not that ill, I can still handle things." as he drank some more waterer from the canteen.

[terrx]

"All right...Just asking." Suji said staring at the sky before singing a small song, "
They might take the wind,
They might come from the sea...
But they'll never harness my energy!!
I'm closer boy for hypertivacty(SP?)
Its not my fault...
The world's not keeping up with me!!" He sang. That was a bit of a hint for Hayate for what type of a child Suji was...A hyperactive kid.

[Zabuza]

Catching the hint he thought about what he heard about the other 2 genin.. Trying to figure out if they would bicker or be a good team. And find the flaws they needed to work on, but could not decide till meeting them all. He coughed again and drank more water as he gazed into the river again seeing the reflection of the world in the rushing waters.

[terrx]

Suji whisled. Blaze screeched and landed on Suji's shoulder. He flapped his a little. Suji was secretly showing Hayate Blaze was loyal and is useful in missions. Blaze and Suji could sense what one is thinking. Their bond is strong like Kiba's and Akamaru's bond. And one day Suji dreams to become a great Animal Trainer...Just like father.

Senri walked slowly to the river with his hands in his pockets. He sighed. "I wonder what they'll say when they see I'm blind." He muttered to himself. "They'll probably underestimate me like everyone else. I'll show them I'm not any different than any other genin!" He said as he ran to the river.

When he got there, he saw a boy and some creature sitting on his shoulder. He also saw a larger figure, guessing that was the sensei since his chakra level was also higher. He walked up to the man and bowed. "I'm Hasegawa Senri!" He said as he stared up at him with unseeing eyes. "You must be the sensei for Team 12." He said smiling.

[Zabuza]

"Yes I am. I am Gekko Hayate" Hayate said and examined the boy, making the conclsuion that he was blind, yet... Diffrent, seeing as he knew exactly where they were, and which one was the sensei. "Your able to see the aura of chakra of people.. Can't you?" Hayate asked the boy, he also had to be good at doing so, because he graduated from the acadamy.

Senri nodded. "How did you know?" He asked. "Most people usually assume that I can't see a thing! I still don't know what you look like, but I can tell how much chakra you have and I can see your aura." He smiled again. 'Maybe this won't be so bad.' He thought.

[Zabuza]

"I could tell because you knew who the stronger one of me and Suji was, and *cough* also you walked without needing anything to help you. Besides you passed the acadamy, if you were disabled you would not have *cough* passed." Hayate said and jumped over behind Senri and put a hand on his shoulder, "Don't let others get to you, you have amazing talents."

Senri looked up. "Thanks!" He was liking the praise his sensei was giving him, but he didn't want everyone to focus on him. He sighed and sat down.
"So who are we waiting for?" He asked as he looked around and let his unseeing gaze rest on Suji's bird. 'What kind of creature is that?' He wondered to himself.
