The room was quiet. Miyu supposed it was normal, taking the fact that she was the only one in there, besides her companion, Kurotori. The bird was currently tip-toeing across the table she was sitting at, frequently pecking at the wooden table top, as if looking for his meal.
"Trust me, Kurotori. You're not going to find any worms in there. If you're so hungry, take this," she finally said, taking out the small bag of bird food that she kept with her. Quickly, Miyu withdrew a pellet the size of a thumbnail and placed it in front of the black-feathered avian.
'I'd really love if the rest of the team and the teacher got here within the next twenty minutes... I'd like to have someone else to talk to, other than an animal,' the kunoichi thought, shifting her glance over to her companion, and back over to the window.
'Everybody else has probably met their teachers....'
