Kiba rubbed the back of his neck, causing his hood to fall off. He could almost notice that he made Hinata feel a bit bad for showing a bit less kindness then he was able to.

He took a step closer to Hinata, feeling a bit warmer, despite the fact he had his hood removed.

"Akamaru feels better." Kiba replied, lightly.

The dog in question was lazily laying on Kiba's head, appearing to be half asleep.

Gaara had avoided saying much; he wasn’t exactly the social type. Though he had been listening, watching. They were going to get a bit to eat, supposedly. Feeling no hunger himself, Gaara stood behind the three, his arms crossed. He could feel the other boy’s dog, Akamaru, knew that something was different about him. ‘Nin-dog.’ Gaara concluded, watching another girl approach from behind their sensei.

She seemed to have an affinity with animals, as well as a few other odd qualities. Gaara brushed it off, hearing Anko ask if he was coming. “No. I’m not hungry.” He answered simply, turning to leave. Though his mind whirled with thoughts; mostly about his new team and how they should’ve gotten a note from the Kazeakge by now.

‘Hyuuga Hinata: A shy, seemingly helpless girl. Main branch of the Hyuuga family; posses the Byakugan.
Inuzuka Kiba: Owner of the nin-dog Akamaru. Seems to have an affinity with dogs. Haven’t seen Kiba’ ebilites yet; Akamaru is able to sense chakra I presume.
Mitarashi Anko: Arrogant persona; not much is known about her abilities.’

These words were etched into Gaara’s mind sub-consciously as he began to walk off, leaving his teammates where they were. His eyes scanned the horizon, peering out from the tree cover. He was searching for the golden hawk; *Takamaru.

Kiba blinked, watching Gaara depart.
"Suit yourself..."

-Well, so far, this day hasn't been eventful.- he thought to himself. -But, the teacher is a bit weird as is this Gaara person. Two people showed up, whom aren't even part of this team. Now, I feel weird around Hinata, someone who've I know for quite a bit now, since we were classmates at the academy...-

Kiba frowned slightly, -I hate this feeling...Gotta shake it off later.-

[Dazar]

Anko watched Gaara. So she had presumed right. She sighed and shrugged, but returned her gaze to Hinata and Kiba." Well looks like us three!" she said as if it were a great fact to be pointed out. "So what are we in the mood for, Kids?" she asked, crossing her arms and looked at her students.

Kiba quickly turned his attention away from Hinata, actually, a bit hesitantly...And back to the sensei.

"I dunno. Something quick and simple, I suppose." he suggested. "Did you have something in mind...?"

Once again, Kiba was being decent. Well, there was no need for smart retorts as of now.

[Meimei]

Hinata couldn’t help but feel almost a little disappointed that Gaara hadn’t decided to go with them, although judging by what she had seen of his personality, that was to be expected. Choosing to smile up at Akamaru, she nodded, “I’m glad.” Before long, she was turning her attention to what was there of her team. “I’ll h-have anything. I d-don’t mind,” she replied to Anko’s inquiry, quickly. Maybe she was making everything worse for her team, but since it was Kiba who had offered to pay and Anko who had first brought up the idea of getting something to eat, she didn’t think that she should have too much to stay on the situation.

Kiba sighed, "I doubt we are going to get anywhere if none of us decides on what to have for lunch."

Akamaru gave out a weird yawn, Kiba appearing thoughtful, taking the step back away from Hinata. Heh, he obviously needed to talk to someone in the mirror, with all the issues he was having today...

"To make it as simple and clean as possible, I say we just go to that little ramen shop." Kiba said, quickly.

[Meimei]

Hinata blinked, taking in where Kiba had suggested. The little ramen shop..? Oh, he meant Ichiraku Ramen, didn't he? A small smile appeared on her lips, as she nodded. Well, she liked ramen, and there was always the tiniest chance that a certain someone would be there, right? "I'm okay w-with that..." Hinata spoke up, looking over at Anko to see if she agreed or not.

{It's short but my computer is going to restart itself in five minutes. DX}

As if Kiba read his teammate's mind, he said, "Maybe some of our old classmates will be there. You never really know. They could already be done training for the day..."

And, Kiba was already aware of Hinata's little 'secret' crush on Naruto. Well, he was always around, making a very smart remarks now and then when she blushed when Naruto passed by. But, that was the academy...Kiba had told himself to mature, but, that would probably be a bit difficult. Yet, of course...Kiba couldn't help but hit a nerve.

"There is a chance Naruto and his team may be there." he commented, with a slight smirk. "I wonder who the kid got paired up with."

But, in the inside, Kiba kinda felt weird just for mentioning Naruto...He may even felt his eye twitch very slightly.

We all should know that he wishes to avoid drama...He was only tweleve and, of course, romance also was a no-no. No crushes for Kiba-kun.

Hinata had nodded cheerfully at Kiba’s first statement. Even if it hadn’t been hadn’t been long since the teams had all graduated the academy, it would still be nice to see them. After all, once the groups all got assigned to their missions, it would be a long while before she saw a lot of them again. And even se had to admit that maybe spending most of your time with your team would soon get a little boring, wouldn’t it?

Prodding her fingers together at the mention of Naruto’s name, Hinata still couldn’t help but feel shy. He was her first crush after all, and even though they weren’t on the same team, maybe that was for the better. She didn’t want to be distracted when she was training, didn’t she? That wouldn’t help her grow any farther in progress. “That was a g-good suggestion Kiba,” she smiled, trying to think of something to keep the conversation going.

Kiba couldn't help but chuckle at Hinata's shy expression.

"Don't worry...I won't say a word to him." he assured her. "Besides, the blockhead should be able to figure it out sooner or late...."

It was quite obvious Kiba was mentioning Hinata's crush. He couldn't help but tease. Kiba didn't have anything like that, so, he isn't really able to help himself against such a free chance.

"Heh."

[Meimei]

Hinata’s face was one of confusion for a moment or so at Kiba’s words. What was he talking about? Unless he was talking about her secret crush. As her facial expression changed from one of confusion to what was a mix of horror and surprise, her face tinted red.

“Y-you k-know?” she managed to stutter out as she looked at him. Wait, how could he know? She hadn’t given away any signs that were just that obvious, had she? Her mind was working in complete overtime as she began to worry about how to handle the situation.

Kiba sighed softly, putting a hand on Hinata's shoulder.

"Sorry, Hinata-san...It was sort of obvious." he muttered. "Why else would you go red around that kid...?"

The boy's eyes closed slightly, feeling a bit disappointed...FOR WHAT EXACTLY?!

"I wish you the best of luck...That kid is quite dense."

[Meimei]

Having been distracted from her frantic thoughts by Kiba putting a hand on her shoulder, Hinata blinked. Her face was still red from when Kiba had sort of brought up the crush, and it continued to steadily turn red as the conversation continued. "I c-can't help blushing!" Hinata admitted, turning away from Kiba and trying to cover her blush with her hands. She hadn't expected anything like this from that day, and she had just caught the last strains of what the boy had said. Maybe Kiba was right, but she could always keep the entire thing quiet.

"Sorry..."

Kiab frowned, pulling his hood back over his head and over a sleeping Akamaru.
-Dunno why she likes that kid...- he thought, feeling his eye slightly twitch again. -And, I dunno why it is such a big deal to me, dangit!-

Kiba sighed, trying to calm down, while his insides were busy churning and his right eye slightly twitching.
