Aburame Shino had woken up, not feeling too excited, which, would have seemed odd if you were Uzumaki Naruto. But, he had went on with the morning, as if nothing was to happen today. Shino was to have his first meeting with his teammates and teacher...
-A crazy fangirl of Uchiha's...And, someone I am not too fimliar with...- the boy told himself as he begun his walk, hands shoved deep into his pockets. -This...may be a bit irritating. That girl is more annoying than Uzumaki. I would have much more prefered for him to be landed in the same team as I...-
There was then quite shuffle as he was approaching the training field. His dark glasses reflected the sun light that was coming down on the village, the hair absorbing the light. Shino moved into the shadow casted by a tree, busying himself...Staring at the tree.
-Might as well make best of this free time. I won't have a lot of it after one person shows up.- Shino told himself, watching a group of ants march throught the tree's trunk. -I am not going to be too happy about it, either, most likely. I don't really want to be bothered with this...A fangirl whom is quite loud and competitive and two people I am not even sure of.-

Ino was… relatively displeased.
Starting off the morning in her usual fashion, the only Yamanaka child had swept up her hair and brought her father (complaining of a hangover, and freshly back from a mission’s celebratory drinking) a fresh mug of coffee; the stuff was bitter and she much preferred tea, but after discovering the beneficial effects against her father’s morning complaints had screwed up her nose and stuffed it under his gaze anyway. Said shinobi had massaged his forehead, already dressed in his day-robes as he sauntered into the kitchen; accepting the food his twelve-year-old daughter stuffed beneath his nose, he muttered his thanks, took a wincing swig of coffee, and attempted to sober himself up again.
“By the way,” Inoichi had mumbled, mildly disoriented and not quite awake. “This,” he stated, pulling out a scroll belted to his waist. “Is yours.”
As Ino unraveled the scroll and discovered she’d finally been placed to a team, she let out a furious shriek of rage, smacked her father’s jaw for good measure, and darted upstairs to change.
After a moment of sulking, the man decided not to respond.
~*~
Dragging Inoichi out the door with her, the teenager promptly found herself unlocking the door to her precious jewel; the Yamanaka flower shop had livestock, after all, and everything needed tending to. Shouting orders to her father (“I know that, damnit!”), she quickly hauled a handful of startlingly white flowers into her arms and darted out the store with the scroll tucked amongst them; she’d prepared it the night before, for the Shinobi monument near the training grounds.
Checking her surroundings, the kunoichi swore loudly and forced herself on faster, switching pathways as curtly as she could; no time. She’d have to meet her teammates first and make deliveries later – and hell yeah, they’d be dead if something happened to her bouquet.
“Sensei Tabito Eisuke, Nokawa Kita – holy shi-… Aburame. I know him.” Spending a moment to curse awkwardly beneath her breath, the younger girl skidded over her sandals as her grip nearly lost the blossoms in hand; seriously ticked at this point she wasted a few moments poking at the arrangement before continuing on at a slow pace, vainly working at her platinum blonde hair.
Breathe in, breathe out. Aburame. Urgh. Bug boy.
Wrinkling her nose a moment, Ino decided that she was going to need a split-second decision here. Either accept the jutsu… Or scream like hell when you see him. I like that one.
Turquoise eyes glanced up warily as she approached the designated field, stuffing the flowers into one hand and tugging open the scroll with her hands full. “Field five, Team Ten… the hell – ah.” The last sound made with a bit of apprehension, Ino found herself gazing at one Aburame Shino, unsure of how to react.
Clearing her throat, she decided to calm down, if only slightly. “Ohayo, Aburame-kun!”

Shino sighed, shutting his eyes for a moment behind his sunglasses.
-The first annoying pest is here.- he told himself.
Shino slowly got up to his feet, turning away from the tree, leaving the marching group of red ants be. He took a hand out of a pocket, pushing his glasses closer to his face. The hand returned into the pocket, slowly, as Shino studied Ino.
-Obviously not as interesting as the ants...- Shino thought, with a bored sigh. -But, she is my teammate...Most likely annoying than that. I always wonder whom is the mor annoying, the Sakura girl, or this one.-
He continued to stare at Ino behind the dark lenses, not having any interest in starting something. This girl could get offended easily, so, Shino had to say something...Otherwise, knowing Ino, she will get mad. It was qite obvious. She was annoying and a girl at the same time. A very horrible mix.
"...Hello..." Shino finally said, tone quite blunt.

For a moment Ino paused, looking comically quizzed by the fact that Shino had actually responded; for a moment, it looked like a rather blank stare, though after a beat it seemed to be a mildly cheerful surprise. Eyes snapping shut in a tense smile, it was obvious that the large spell of silence had settled an awkward emotion upon the normally chipper Yamanaka Ino.
“Well, at least you’re clever, if you aren’t talkative,” she prompted with a mildly nervous laugh, pushing back her bangs with the hand still clutching the scroll. While she didn’t elaborate immediately, her almost hesitant next words defined her meaning. “At least you said something.”
Clearing her throat and averting her eyes, the chipperly smiling girl was attempting to settle her nerves at ease; she could be as pleasant as a buttercup, but that didn’t mean thatthat creepy Aburame kid was going to give her two cents of attention. Kneeling down into the grass, she stuffed an end of her scroll into a side-pocket and spent a moment fussing over her flowers; she didn’t wander into the shade beneath the tree, half expecting the Aburame to do that weird… bug… thing that they did.
"Er- so, no sign of Nokawa-kun or Tabito-sensei, yet?" For a brief moment, it seemed as though the flower femme was completely engrosed in the study of her flowers, picking over them like a mother would over her child; amidst that, however, her eyes flickered warily about the trianing grounds, attempting to catch a glimpse of her other team-mates. Deciding it was relatively safe, she chanced a glance back at Shino's face, seeming rather antsy. Glancing back at the tree from which she rose, she mumbled an addition: "Erm, sorry if I... disturbed... you. Whatever you were doing."
It was best to be polite, right?

"Son of a bi- KANKUROO!" the comically enraged voice rang through the two-story flat reserved for the Suna group, as the fifteen-year-old Nokawa child hopped into the living room on one foot, hobbling clumsily as he fastened the straps of his zori into place; his katana holster dangled forlornly from his back, the hilts of the twin blades pointing off to the side; he hadn't had a chance to belt them together. A loud and muffled swear burst from his pale lips when he stumbled across his friend's puppet-fixing kit, causing a loud clatter as he fought to regain his balance. The puppet master rarely remembered to clear up after his meddling.
'The damn idiot didn't wake me up! He knows I hate alarm clocks! I bet he did it on purpose, it'd be just like him...' he thought savagely as he finally organized his tangled mess of hazel hair into a neat, spiky ponytail, leaving his teal-dotted eyes and the clan tattoos around them visible. Reaching for his shuriken and kunai pouches, he wrapped them around his thigh, and after assuring both of his katana were in their sheaths, he left the apartment, locking it behind him, before heading for the Training grounds to meet his teammates- and sensei-to be.
Unraveling the scroll determining his team, he grimaced slightly. Yamanaka Ino. Though he knew little of Konoha and its clans, he knew she was yet another of those numerous Uchiha Sasuke fangirls. "Great," he muttered out loud as the wire fence came into view. "Nothing better than a screaming girl to make your day." Reading further, he halted to push open the gate to Training Field Five. Aburame Shino. Insects? Interesting. Kita had seen him a few times, and all he knew of the boy was his cool manner of taking things in stride. Tabito Eisuke. Hm. Sensei would apparently be of unknown origin, then? All the more challenging.
Tucking the scroll away from view, Kita came to an abrupt halt at the sight of his new teammates. The Yamanaka girl was crouching on the short grass, poking at a small mass of white flowers, while the Aburame was simply... standing there. Wow.
"Shino-koi. Ino-koi." he finally uttered, using the suffix '-love' for both, as was his custom, whether a person be male or female, accompanying a friendly grin toward both.

Shino did show any anger from what Ino had to comment on. Did everyone have to be a big talkative moron like this one? She babbled on about on about being smart enough NOT to talk. If this girl grabbed a few brain cells, Shino was sure she'd become smarter. The quieter, the better.
"If you haven't anything good to say, don't say anything." Shino grunted. "And, you didn't bother me...Your voice did. Apology accepted."
He then tore his blank stare away from Ino to watch the ants again. This was where he would prefer to be...With the studies...ALONE. Useless girls were just to get in the way. Was that their only use? He, Shino, would have perferred the shy and weak Hyuuga girl over Ino, no question asked.
Shino nearly shuddered as the other teammate came along...-KOI?!?! How disturbing. Yep, Shino was obviously going to start hating his early days as a shinobi. Was his attempts at being a 'good' ninja even worth these two people?
"Don't...call me that." Shino muttered.
He then decided to give up on his studying of the ants, turning has back to the tree. Shino was now watching the newcomer...The other teammate.
-Hopefully he isn't a Sasuke fan as well.- the boy told himself. -With all this thought on the "great" Uchiha...I cannot help but wonder whom he landed himself with. It would be a nice thought if he got with the Naruto kid...Or that big foreheaded girl...Hopefully I can find out later.-

The words the Aburame boy spoke caused her eyes to narrow but her movements didn’t tense at all; grace… fluidity… she recited this mantra within her thoughts, expressing to herself that it was important to be gentle in the guise of a kunoichi. Shino was correct; girls of her sort took offense easily, but by the way the Yamanaka girl shut her eyes and arrogantly continued with her business it seemed as though her expression had taken on a more skeptical approach.
“I suppose, Shino-kun, that you’re absolutely one to talk; silence and insults hardly mark the epitome of mannerism, whereas I supposed that calling you ‘intelligent’ and implying that you were quiet would be, in turn, stating a compliment and a fact. Then again, only kunoichi have to take etiquette classes, so I suppose your mentally lacking disposition is altogether acceptable; congratulations.”
It was said smartly and quietly, but all the while one of Ino’s hands moved up to her shuriken holster, pulling three of the ninja-stars and gently as possible from the pouch on her thigh. Seeming completely casual, she proceeded to shift the blades amongst her fingers in a tiny juggling movement, seeming all at ease and pouring over her bouquet but becoming aware of someone behind her.
The scroll she’d received – more a mission scroll than an informational parchment, she’d decided – was probably similar to the ones sent in to the other exchanges’ teams. Nokawa Kita was older than they were, and a sand shinobi at that; by what her father had stated, they’d entered in a rather interesting fashion, apparently having done something to the Sandaime’s grandson. Suspicious of their intentions even if she hadn’t been listening properly, Ino wondered if the ninja approaching was their sensei or their team mate, considering that both chakra signatures would be unfamiliar.
At the sound of Kita’s voice she saw Shino shudder and did the same with a grimace, making a small ‘urgh’ noise and juggling the shuriken higher at that point, so it became clear as to the fact that she hadn’t been completely oblivious and glancing neither at the blades or her plants, but instead at Shino. “That sounded terrible,” Ino conceded. “Our names rhyme, and damn it, I haven’t ever heard anything so tacky.”
Clearing her voice she looked over her shoulder and flashed Kita a brief smile, standing up respectfully and flipping her shuriken absently, bouquet clutched protectively in the crook of her arm. “I would hope that you’re Nokawa-kun, then.” She would’ve added a friendly ‘pleasure to meet you’, but she wasn’t sure as of yet. ‘-Koi?’ How… friendly.

Shino rolled his eyes behind his shaded glasses. He turned his back on the team, once again, sitting back down in front of the tree.
"So much for the classes..." Shino commented, tone continuing to be quite blunt. "It is not my fault that our names rhyme. Nor is it my fault that your parents didn't properly name you."
He put a pale hand on the trunk of the tree, trying to avoid squishing any of the ants or other things that were crawling around in the hidden cracks of the tree.
"Furthermore, if you were to hold your rude words, I may not be as annoyed, and be a bit more willing to look at you." stated the boy. "However, all you are doing is annoying me. You are no better than I for insulting people."
Shino quietly watched a small ant climb over his thumb, before continuing with his 'ranting', if you would like to call it. Just trying to keep it civil...Knowing that Ino was to burst at any moment. She wasn't going to be able to keep this little act up. No...She didn't take enough classes to make her own insides sweet and pure.
"I am quite sure, when we cross other teams...Especially the one with the girl you are always arguing with, you'll act in your old ways. I won't buy the kindess. Nor will she. You and your silly self will have to throw an insult..."
Shino watched the little ant, before adding the frosting to the cake...This might get Ino mad if the other words failed. This was to push a few buttons. However, all Shino was doing was telling the truth. The stupid girl shouldn't get all offensive...She picks on Sakura, whom, of course, had to pick back.
"Have you ever thought about looking in the mirror? You constantly say things about Haruno's forehead...But, what about yours? It isn't exactly average sized itself..."

That was hardly fair. Features hardening, Ino nodded apologetically to the one she assumed was Kita to look back at Shino, juggling the shuriken a little sharper now. The first straw was laid down at the mockery of her name, the second at his implication of falsehood, the third being the comment about Sakura.
Sakura. Nobody was allowed to touch her there, vanity aside.
“You’ve got some damn nerve spilling along like that,” She snarled quietly, face seeming calm but eyes enraged. “I doubt you’ve wasted your life on a study of mine, so step off before you really hit a nerve. I don’t give a shot in hell what you think about the things I do or say, Aburame, but if you’re going to make half-assed assumptions about things like her in response to how I handle myself, you’re seriously a lot stupider than I hoped.”
Glaring angrily she halted her juggling, each of the shuriken lined between her fingers. “If you’re not going to buy manners when I try them, you don’t have to make comments yourself when you haven’t got any ideas about a situation. I think you haven’t got a clue in your head about the fact that we’re team-mates, jack, so before you bloody analyze me find a bit of foresight, and actually look at the matter at hand.”
She didn’t want to say anything else, and Ino seemed to be biting back her words, gritting her teeth together and shutting her eyes; with a haughty sniff she turned away from him, hiding her shuriken-laden grip amidst the memorial flowers with the subconscious prompt that their sensei might try something interesting for his grand entrance.
“I have nothing against the Aburame clan, so I really had nothing against you, but if you insist on me being open and honest – that is to say, to be a bitch about things – then you go ahead and try that.” This sounded more smart-alec than anything and Ino’s face reflected it; her blades weren’t visible at all and it seemed like the gentle demeanor she reserved for her botany alone was soothing her quick enough. Bastard. He doesn’t give a shit so he shouldn’t talk like he knows about this crap.
"It has nothing to do with her forehead, damn it," She mumbled absently, barely inaudible.

Shino could have laughed after hearing all of what his pig of a teammate had to say. However, being the person he was, he didn't. But, what seemed to be the third time today, Shino slowly got up, removing a pale hand from the tree. The hand quickly took refuge in the deep pocket of his pants as Shino turned around to once again, look at the girl whom was trying so hard to be nice...
"You act as if we are not already aware that Sakura had left the friendship you two had built..."
Those glasses of his were shining quite brightly in the sun as Shino stared at Ino. He was quite aware of many feelings; he was one of those types of people who could figure out what was wrong with someone else. However, Shino felt ( if that is what we should refer it to ) this matter should have been left alone in the first place, meaning no tampering or attempt at pressing buttons should have brought along such a pointless argument.
"And you know, I'd like to think you are trying to block those emotions up. It wouldn't usually be recommended, but, one cannot blame you." stated Shino, trying to make a quick point, yet, seemed to be speaking quite slowly. "A shinobi must not let emotion interfere with judgment they make in battle or anywhere else...Are you trying to concer this? If that is all, I wouldn't be surprised if you were to start being admired...Such a thing ruined things in the past..."

“No shit,” she stated distractedly, as though barely unconscious of it; cheeks slightly glazed with the pink of some un-notable thought, she added carelessly, “I seriously didn’t know it was advertised. Thanks for telling me, Aburame.”
It seemed obvious that she cooled down a lot more when tallying her team mates as side-notes; shrugging at his words she added, without much thought, “The chit needs me to say that sort of thing anyway; she hasn’t blossomed yet, and I didn’t mean I was trying to blame her or make an enemy out of her - that would be stupid; I have a brain, contraire to popular belief.” It seriously wasn’t anything to do with the fact that Sakura left her first (bloody betrayal though it could be assumed), but as Ino very well knew – the traits of the Boar (not the pig, god-damn hell raisers) were very little known and she was too proud to say anything. “Anyways, that doesn’t matter, but do you seriously prefer me to be a bitch about things? Because I can do that easily if you think being civil is so fake.”
For a moment Ino brushed her fingers over her bare forehead as though wiping away sweat though her face was clean; toying with her bangs instead and holding the bouquet with her shuriken-laden hand, she pursed her lips; there was a reason the hitai-ite wasn’t there, after all, but belted around her waist instead. “It’s different for kunoichi,” she stated off-handedly to his lastest addition. “But maybe. Admired is doubtful – kunoichi just aren’t admired, not unless you’re a billboard name like Tsunade.” Okay… and by other kunoichi; Ino was one of those leadership imposed individuals who seemed to draw shy hopefuls in like fruit flies, but she’d made the mistake of getting attached to them with Sakura, and she doubted she’d do it again.
“Well. This defines pointless conversation.”

Meanwhile Ino and Shino were having their verbal fight, their Jounin sensei strode down the trail which lead to the training grounds. Eisuke had just finished fixing up the large shuriken that the shinobi always carried around on his back. It was about noon time, and he had been on his way for awhile now, seeing as he lived on the other side of the village.
The man seemed absent minded as he entered the training grounds. That was until he looked up and realized he had a three-man team standing a few meters in front of him, waiting... for him. 'I guess this is my cell then...,' Eisuke thought, putting the scroll he had been looking at, back into the pouch by his waist.
"Hi. I suppose this is my group then, eh? I'm Tabito Eisuke," the Jounin said, slipping a small grin onto his face and scratched the back of his head with his left hand.

OoC//; +has no idea what Eisuke looks like due to the large, blank space on his profile+ xD
IC//; Juggling with her shuriken amidst the flowers once more, Ino wasn't altogether surprised with the approach of their jounin sensei. After all, the timing was well enough, and she was rather hoping to sever her conversation with Shino; after all, it wasn't as though he'd been any sort of polite, though his last words (the ones she'd allowed herself to give attitude for, just to spite him) had been quite a bit worthier of conversation.
Seriously, though: talking to him was a waste of air. For such a quiet individual he seemed keen to touch her nerves early on and - as a kunoichi - Ino certainly hadn't been fond of that.
Casting an appraising eye over Eisuke and deciding he did, more or less, fit the description on her scroll, she saluted him with her free hand in a cheeky manner, all forms of hostility shedding away from her features as she freshly addressed a new member of the team.
"Hai, it is, Tabito-sensei - good morning; it's a pleasure to meet you."

Shino shifted slightly, staring at the new-new comer.
-The teacher...- he told himself, not very impressed. -He better know what he is doing.
Shino scratched his head, quietly, a small little black thing crawling out of the sleeve and into his thick dark hair. When he pulled his hand away from the hair, Shino stuck it back into the pocket, where it belong. The glasses glinted, causing a soft light to bounce onto the tree's trunk.
He then stared at Ino, grabbing onto the arm...Which was sort of bad with all of what she was holding.
"Be careful--!" Shino muttered.

As soon as Shino seized her arm, the kunoichi’s movements responded accordingly. Her hand jerked back from amidst the flowers, and instinctively she tossed all three of the shuriken dancing between her fingers. The hand she’d saluted fell into a fluid snap, twisting to catch each of the bladed trinkets between her fingers, and she moved slightly to better cradle her bouquet in a hopeless attempt to keep it neat.
Fingers poised in position to chuck the shuriken at his head, Ino raised a fine eyebrow in the imitation of one who was delicately irked and attempting to be patient; having moved her stance to fit her flowers, she refrained from glaring. “Aburame-kun,” She stated evenly, expression flat. “I think I’m fine. I think you’re fine. And Nokawa-kun and Tabito-sensei as well. So: what are you doing?”
She thought the question a fair one, considering the boy hardly moved in the least, much less audaciously seizing girls by the arm when they were clearly fine as they were. Waiting patiently so that she might turn her attention back to Tabito-sensei, Ino shifted the flowers awkwardly in the arm he seized, calm yet not moving the shuriken-laden hand from its prepared position, though it was done quite absently.
